BFL Playground

The Playground is your interactive sandbox for exploring FLUX models without writing a single line of code. Experiment freely, test capabilities, adjust parameters, and visualize results before integrating into your applications.

Generating an Image

  1. Go to playground.bfl.ai

  2. Select your preferred FLUX model — FLUX.2 [max], [pro], [flex], [klein], or FLUX.1 Kontext [pro]/[max]

  3. Enter a detailed prompt describing your desired image

  4. Click Generate and view the result

  5. Adjust parameters and iterate as needed

Editing an Image

  1. Upload your source image in the Playground

  2. Enter a prompt describing your desired edit

  3. Click Generate to process your request

  4. View the result and iterate as needed

FLUX.2 supports multi-reference editing — you can upload multiple reference images to combine elements, maintain character consistency, or guide poses and styles.

FLUX.1 Kontext [pro] and [max] are also available for context-aware image editing with simple text prompts.

Downloading Images

Click the download icon on any generated image to save it to your device. Images are available for download immediately after generation.

Moving to the API

Once you've refined your parameters in the Playground:

  1. Click API Code on any successful generation (top right corner)

  2. Choose your preferred language (Python, JavaScript, cURL)

  3. Copy the code snippet with your exact parameters

  4. Integrate into your application

Pricing is the same for Playground and API — there's no difference in cost.

Tips

  • Use the Playground to experiment with different models before choosing one for production

  • FLUX.2 [klein] generates in under a second — great for rapid iteration

  • FLUX.2 [max] includes grounding search for images based on real-time information

  • Try different aspect ratios to find what works best for your use case
