Licensing — Subscription & Cancellation

This applies to existing license holders managing their subscriptions.

Billing period

Your subscription runs for one month from the start date. If you subscribed on the 10th, your billing period runs to the 9th of the following month.

Adding a model

If you add another model to your subscription, it aligns to your existing billing dates. The first invoice for the additional model will be pro-rated for the remaining period and includes any multi-model discount.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, but the base fee for the current billing period is not prorated — your subscription stays active until the end of the period.
